Refund policy

At Universal Jewelry, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for all our retailers. That's why we offer a lifetime sizing exchange and lifetime warranty on all of our products. Please read the rules below to make the most of our policy.

Thorsten Policy Rules and Limits

  • Display packages are specifically designed for showcasing our products in retail settings and are considered final sale. Once purchased, display packages cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be undamaged.
  • Any product received as a promotional item must be returned for a refund on original item
  • Retailers must contact our customer service team first to initiate the return process. A return authorization is required, and instructions for returning the item will be provided.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange, as per the retailer's preference. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Retailers are responsible for return shipping back to us.
  • Thorsten Precious exchanges/refunds carry a 20% restocking fee of the item's current minimum advertised price.
  • There is a minor processing/warranty fee for all exchange/refund/warranty requests.
  • Please note that any processing or restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Engraving and shipping charges are services and are not refundable.
  • Any outstanding credits on a retailer's account will be applied to the oldest open invoice at our discretion.
  • In the rare event that an item is received damaged or defective, retailers should contact us immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly to provide a satisfactory resolution.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Custom made-to-order requests are final sale.
