SIZING & SPEED
Due to the hardness of our alternative metals they cannot be resized like traditional rings. Therefore, if a customer's finger size changes over time, the ring will be replaced with a different size at no additional charge. Thorsten Jewelry will honor size exchanges for as long as your customer owns the ring.
Thorsten Jewelry will ship out rings on the same business day if the client places their order before 3 pm EST. Please keep in mind that engravings do not add any additional time to your order as we have an in-house engraving department.However, custom & fingerprints engravings add 1-2 business days for processing.
